Weetabix culture
Weetabix is one of the largest and oldest employers in Northamptonshire and many of our employees tell us that they see their role at Weetabix as more than just a job. It's not uncommon for people to retire having worked here for over 30 years, which is something we're understandably very proud of. 
We believe very strongly in helping people to reach their full potential too, whether that's through promotion or re-training for a new role within the company. As a result, Weetabix is full of success stories, not only from our employees but also from those people who have enjoyed working here in the past, and have now moved on to pastures new.
Our head office and the majority of our manufacturing resources are situated in a lovely rural setting in Burton Latimer, just south of Kettering, and we also have two smaller factories in nearby Corby. Both Burton Latimer and Corby are within easy commuting distance of Northampton, Leicester and Peterborough, with London just an hour away by train, offering employees an accessible and attractive place in which to work.

Weetabix is in business to manufacture and supply breakfast cereals to its UK, European and overseas customers.
Our aim is to produce products of a consistently high quality and to be the brand leader in the sector of the market in which we operate. Our objective is to be our customers' preferred supplier.
