We all know it's important to eat a balanced diet to help stay healthy and on form, but it's not always easy!   • Aim to eat 5 portions of fruit & veg a day - you could start by adding chopped fresh fruit to your cereal in the morning!
  • Enjoy a varied diet to make sure you're getting the full range of nutrients your body needs.
  • Swap your snacks for a healthier option such as a bowl of cereal, a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.
