Weetabix Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Chocolate Weetabix Fudge

Top tip from our friends at add a bit of texture to your fudge recipe with this sweet Weetabix treat.


  • 250g flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125g sugar
  • 4 Weetabix, crushed
  • 225g butter or spread, melted
  • 60ml milk


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add melted butter or spread.
  3. Add milk as required to keep mixture moist (may need a little less or a little more depending on how moist mixture is).
  4. Press into a greased tray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  6. Ice with favourite icing.
  7. Leave to set in fridge.
